I found this fixer upper yesterday and took some photos. It’s building technique is interesting.

Reminds me of an old schoolmate who bought a Muskoka Mahogany....... cost $5000 for the boat. The final bill of the restoration was (gulp) $250,000!!!! But, by God, did she look good afterwards!
