been thinking over the last days of powering the oars moving the oar to the end of the shaft or powering both oars from a single shaft on the centre line or combine both so oars to end powered by a single shaft more to follow

I had a similar thing happen to me some time ago.
It was advertised for £20.00 and at the time that seemed quite cheep.
It arrived and i thought wow that was good i now know were to get it from when i need another one for another project.
Two weeks later i get a letter from HM Revenue and Customs stating that i owe them £30.00 custom duty for that item.
So i am extremely carful and a bit suspicious now when ordering things.
