RAF high speed rescue launch 2642

I'm looking for a plan for the subject launch 2642. I understand one may have existed from British Model Plan, Thames model 1258. This was a 1 off craft built for the RAF rescue service in the mid 40s by the Walton yacht company.

Hi Red, other pics came off Google pics, (just typed Walton air sea rescue boat in the search box and they came up). Quite often depends how you describe things, whether you get a result or not.

Once I had the correct plan number from JB the rest was easy Red,
(Although some of the results from the other number were off topic but much more eye-catching😉😁)
My mail crossed with Martin's, but I also found that starting from Sarik's Home page can be confusing and time consuming.
The have a weird and wonderful way of categorising their plans🤔
Finding the photos was no great problem. Pinterest is very useful there.
I first went straight to the RAF Boats site where I found the three photos of the original, the specs and history. Pinterest turned up mostly models or "Related" 🙄 pics.
    Cheers, Doug 😎

Did you try the search box on Sarik (top left),? Doug, seems to work ok if you know what you are looking for, otherwise a lot of looking!
