King Lear Model Boat Club would like to Invite model Lifeboaters to the East Midlands Lifeboat Day on Sunday 8th June 2014 starting at around 10:00am.

All Lifeboaters are welcome for an Informal and friendly event where likeminded owners of model Lifeboats can get together so bring a boat and have a sail.

There are toilet facilities In the Country Park but no catering or cafe except for an Ice cream van, so bringing your own lunch Is recommended.

There are however two pubs within two miles of the Country park where 'pub grub' Is available.

There Is a £2.50 entry fee to the country park so please have the exact change ready as this Is paid to an unmanned machine which does not give change.
