Not sure which post had unhappy comments on, but hopefully it was from before I started organising the show. in any case, I am always open to suggestions (polite ones at least!) so if there is something that was not as you would perhaps have liked it to be just let me know.

After seeing the pictures I cant believe that folk were unhappy on a previous thread ,as I said previously count your blessings some folk aren't as lucky .

There is now a whole bunch of pictures on the show web site (www.blackpoolmodelshow.co.uk) if anyone is interested.
If you have a look at the gallery page on the site, I recommend that you scroll down to the bottom of the page & look at the last video which is the inside of the model garage of John Eva, which I personally found really impressive. I know it isn't a model boat, but there is no disputing this guy's modelling skill & attention to detail.

I attended last year and the lighting was fine.
There was a whole additional area dedicated to model trucks which I found fascinating and a welcome addition.
The traders list is impressive and there are many clubs attending so that together with a visit to the Blackpool with its bracing sea air will make for another great show

The lighting has been changed the show has taken up another room 100% better since Ian took over from Mark a year ago.

I have been looking at some comments from previous years which talk about the venue not been very good because of poor lighting has this been addressed by the organisers?

Great Show just what we need to promote our hobby, meet up with "old" freinds, Best up north'
A wonderful list of traders and modelers, we all owe a very large debt of gratitude to Iain Lewis for keeping the Blackpool Show going. Show your gratitude by attending the Show otherwise these shows will eventually fail.

Going to be a good show if everyone turns up hope there's enough room for the visitors.
