I am about to start building the Cossack. The first step will be to make the mould for the hull, the mould will be made from extruded foam It will then be shaped to the profile of the hull. After the mould Is finished It will then covered with glass cloth and epoxy resin then placed Into a plastic bag then vacuum pump until the resin Is set. Once the resin Is set, the foam will be dug out and to leave the glass hull.
