Don’t worry, HARBOUR is in the mix somewhere which will come up one day to trip up all the US members 🤣

Wordle of the Day?

I too had misgivings about the spelling - after my starter (anchor) had given me 4 letters.
Then I remembered that the AI algorithm (Google?🙄) originated in the US of A.
(Or should that be the US of Google these days?)

Wordle of the Day?

Questioned the spelling as it was the only answer I could think of.
A very fortunate 2 today, 😀

Wordle of the Day?

If only The Pilgrim Fathers had packed a few dictionary's along with their sandwiches, we would only have one spelling for the word HARBOUR. Apologies to our cousins in The New World across the water.

Could have been adrift without the clue to bring me safely in to berth 4.
Cheers Colin.
Ps, thought it should have a "U" after the "O".

Wordle of the Day?

3 today😐
1st guess ZILCH🤔
2nd guess still ZILCH☹️
But had eliminated 3 vowels and Y (jury still out on 'Is Y a vowel?)
So had to scratch around for a new starter using one or both of the remaining vowels.
Struck lucky😀 Shucks! A hole in one wasted🙄

Wordle of the Day?

I'm stuck in a four-line needing the clue rut, which I can't seem to escape from. I am going to have to learn to live with the fact I am a bit thick, especially first thing in the morning. Mind, to be perfectly honest crosswords and Scrabble, were never my strong point. It is not all bad news as I do tend to do rather well with the quiz, 100% in the last month.

4 with a clue. I must confess, I’m ok with it, as I do not come from a nautical background. Now, if the powers that be decided to do wordles with an aviation twist….hmmm. Might be interesting….😀
