'Normal service' maintained today, 3 lines.
Got there via one of my favourite 6er starters 'Anchor'.
Gave me 3 letters with a vowel in the right place.
Racked me grey cells for another 6 letter word which might give me a second vowel.
Came up with Briton, as in a native of the UK and several RN ships.
From then on it was obvious. Again several RN ships came to mind.
The last being a T class submarine.😀

Normal service has been resumed🙄 3 lines today.
After 2 lines I had all 5 letters with one in the right place.
1 vowel and 4 consonants had me going for a while🤕
Went to make a cuppa and cogitated.

Today got off to a rather good start despite the fact I was still half asleep. The quiz had to be the Lusitania, followed by the wordel which was a toss-up between rope and sail. I opted for rope and cracked the first letter R plus an E, and got it in TWO. THIS IS MY FIRST EVER TWO. Mind my batting average is still four plus, but who cares. Regards, Gary.
