This is getting to be my new routine for starting the day. A large mug of coffee onto the computer, (not smart enough for a smartphone,) The daily Quiz followed by Wordel, and a positive result for both, mind Wordel was the fourth attempt with a batting average of 4.2. Regards, Gary.

Evening all, well I guess I've got a lot more time on my hands now for the daily quiz and wordle thanks to dvla.
At this rate I'll know the answers before they're printed 🙄

Today was a good day on the quizzing front as I managed to get both correct. On the Wordle, I used my surname, and lo and behold the first two letters were correct and in the correct order. Mind it still took three goes to get it right as there are so many four-letter words to choose from. Regards, Gary.

I really like these wordle thingies.
I am in UK at the moment Doug but the competition doesn’t know. Back home tomorrow. I will wave as we drive past Munich on Tuesday. Should take us about 24 hours on the road to get home. Channel Tunnel at 3. I will find time to do the comps.👍😊

I cannot promise to finish one project before starting another. I know, I tried.
Yet another four lines, and I think I prefer six-letter words, as the more letters exposed the fewer lines used. Well in theory it makes a degree of sense I think. Regards, Gary.

Colin,
If I may make so bold😁 what is your average then?
Interesting to note that apart from UK (12 participants) and the US (only 3!), the other 5 countries on the 30 day scoreboard are all represented by a single member.
Our eternal 'Newby' in Canada
Wonder who that might be in Hungary?😉 Hi Pete👍
In Spain - our friendly 'local' firefighter going like a bomb?💥
Herman in Poirot country? (Belgium😉)
Happy brainstorming shipmates🤕

Young at heart 😉 Slightly older in other places.😊 Cheers Doug
Three goes to discover the relevant letters required, well at least five of them minus the Y, and the fourth attempt to arrange them in the correct order. this is getting to be a four-line habit. Definitely room for improvement and I am working on it. Regards, Gary.

4 for me, although no clues needed today! 👍
Started with SAILOR, only to find there are no A’s, I’s or O’s!
So went guessing with E’s and U’s, often words end with ER, but still took me 3 more guesses before getting it right 🤣

Hi Nick,
"First go this time! Never heared of 'haulout' though."
Reckon you got your Wordles and Questionles mixed up today!
Bit confuzzing when two quizzles are on the go at the same time🤕
Congrat on your 'Hole in one' though👍
Cheers, Dougle😉
