Kort nozzle/ prop alignment

Having made several Korts, I found a visual alignment works OK. Once the shaft is aligned (this is the most important) mount the prop. As many shafts are not necessarily horizontal, the shaft can run at a slight down angle going aft. I align the Kort so it is concentric with the prop but parallel with the waterline. This way the thrust is forced aftward.

Kort nozzle/ prop alignment

Having recently poked the stick in the cage about Kort nozzles. I want to ask, how those who use them & maybe someone who has converted to using Korts a question. What techniques do you use to align the drive shaft, prop, & nozzle?
I’ve used a technique as shown in the photo. The metal disc diameter same as Kort internal diameter (where the prop will be located in nozzle) with the shaft in the center of the disc. Works pretty well but I find I still end up eye balling the final alignment. So, I have to say my various methods are not all that great.
How are you other folks accomplishing alignment given there is so little clearance between the prop & Kort?
