Still early days
I'm thinking about the sails.
After some research I could buy online or a give making a set myself.
For the past 10 years my wife sewing machine has been sitting in a cupboard , when I asked if it works , her answer was NO it's a heap of junk.
A new challenge :
Two hours later after a clean and a spot of oil its running but as yet not sewing .

I have purchased a roll of thread and some new gizmos the thread is wound on also 1/2 mt of cloth.
Now for the first question :
Re the fabric online info about sail made the recommendation is a fabric called 'Dacron"
I was told the material I have purchased is the same as Dacron but at a better price.
Any tips on using this type of cloth . It feels very slippery like a dog on lino Col
