34” Fairy Huntsman
you have plenty of toque (410KV)
Start on 3S then 4S then 5S
Same with props start small 30mm then work up
I have a set of props of various diameter and pitch to chop and change.
This way you will be able to control the boat, and your preferred runtime, 5mins or 25mins, torque steer, trim tabs, trial and error is often the way to go.
If you start on 5S with a 55mm high pitch prop, You could have the first Flying Huntsman or a Smoking Motor or a wrecked boat.
I had/have a 34'' Huntsman that had twin screws (2x 2860 on 3S) and twin rudders as per the original boat but its performance was a bit disappointing, compared to a racing hull.
The real boat originally was used for off shore racing so designed for the rough water of the open sea.
I would suggest a water cooled motor mount for an out-runner motor
Even better find someone who has used the motor in a boat will give you a starting point.
