I have a speed boat. the controller a robb type broke down after about 12 months use. I bought a new one from chine as they dont have one big enough In this country. Is a 710 motor 2 3000 mah batteries. with the new controller (60amp upto 19 working volts). and It does not go very fast. any help please.
