I'm not sure. The boat is HUGE, about 6' long. The boat is an older build. I do know the owner, I can ask him at our next club meeting.Liked by pressonreguardless - DWBrinkmanRear AdmiralTrev,
When I originally said I knew who owned the boat, I was mistaken. However, since then I have found out who owns it. At our club's recent annual "Dry Dock" luncheon, I asked him about the power plant. He informed me it is an engine from an old Sears Craftsman chainsaw. No wonder you didn't recognize it!

Seeing the time and effort other people put into their modelling hobby, and looking at the "build blogs" and forum comments on "Model Boats Website". I was prompted to share (with agreement) a couple of build (logs) blogs which would reach a wider audience via my youtube posts.
The intention is just to supplement and acknowledge ideas from all who share this common interest.
