   That looks like a great beginning. I have that plan and it is awaiting space, like several others. Not just for building it, but also for display.
   
   There is at least one build on the RC groups forum for Scale Model Electric Boats, which is an outstanding build.
   
   You can find R/C Groups at rcgroups.com. If you join, you can go to scale boats and do a search.
