Semi scale model of a Russian waterjet powered river workboat. It was built from fiberglassed 100mm thick foam board, hollowed out as necessary. It has a valve system in the stern attached to a std jet drive which mimics the real system for shifting the jet thrust between 1 forward duct and 2 side mounted ducts for reverse. All can be operated independently.

Motor is a 3000kv 35mm inrunner with an aircraft type 80A ESC. There are 3 batteries for main drive, (2s 20c 1800mah) aux power (2s 20c 2200mah-for lights, RX, bilge pump and sound) and 3s 20c 2200mah for motor and ESC cooling fans.

The direction valves are driven by 3 servos and another for recessed rudders. Boat has lights,-(nav, dash and interior, plus 2 dual strobing sets driven by a 360deg servo with twin M/Switch activation) sound unit and bilge pump.

The barge is 46" with the ramp down, and is 12"wide. It has nav lights and a servo to operate the ramp. It is also built from 50mm fiberglassed foam sheet.
