Based on a plan of a 12" cat I lengthened the hull, increased the width a little and modified the hull profile. Built in balsa with a thin birch ply skin and epoxy sealing.
The rudder and cooling hardware are home made, the prop drive mount is bought.
This boat has been clocked at 42mph with GPS, turns well and is very stable in slightly choppy water (Motor: 2700kv) (10/10)
