About this boat
AQ has taken 2 years to build, she is built on a grp hull from Kingston mouldings. Materials used were Beech, Oak, Mahogany and Brass, no ply or plastic used at all. Steam generation is by a Maccsteam 3.5 inch vertical boiler, there is a feed pump fitted so she can steam about as long as the gas tank lasts.. Radio is Futaba 6EX 2.4 gig, 3 channels used, steering, regulator and reverser. She also has a removable sound system which plays sound clips from the film. (Motor: TVR 1A BB twin cylinder, double acting slide valve with Hackworth reversing gear.) (ESC: N/A) (10/10)

It’s 1,30 m deep and it’s built 4 m under ground level to havé not to much wind which is fantastic.

I m over the moon, impressed, breathless. In our club we do have à significant number of steamers and i must admit i m always speachless !
I must say that thé pond you took the queen out seems to be very Nice almost like ours. If you would visit Antwerp one day don’t Forget to take the queen with you for a lazy afternoon at our pond
