About this boat

My-Jen is another RTR model.
I purchased just because I really like her lines!

My-Jen is a classic yacht model!

Her hull is fiberglass!

Her superstructure is 2 mm plastic!

My-Jen is named after my Wife Jennifer!

Maiden Voyage Soon!

PS. No one can tell it's an RTR!
That's how well she was built!

    Hi Nerys,

If this yacht were a kit!
You better believe me, when I say I would buy it!

But , as an RTR it's really well built!
Has fantastic details and, I can't wait for her Maiden Voyage!

Are the RTR people trying to put us out of business? My Jen gives all the appearance of being built by quite an experienced modeller.

    Hi Martin,

    They certainly are!

This one has very detailed grates and windows!

    Her windows are tinted!

I thought it was just black stickers!

But, it turns out the windows are actually tinted!

Some of her windows running along her cabin are frosted!

After I have a chance to paint the 3D printed figures!

    I think she'll look outstanding!

    Cheers, Ed

    Hi Brian,

Colin summed it up quite nicely`!

    My-Jen is a ready-to-run model!

    And is very nicely constructed!

And she has very fine details!

    Long story short!

    I really liked her design!

Brian, RTR stands for READY TO RUN, straight from the box.
A lot of models including planes, boats, cars and lorries can be purchased this way.
They used to be quite poorly designed, but now there are some real quality models available like this one.
    Cheers Colin.
