Just a quick note that building was stopped for a couple of weeks due to me selling one of my machine tools a 1964 Colchester Student 18" x 24" and moving it out of my workshop (weight +/- 700Kg) which was broken into in December not much was stolen this time apart from a Dremel Saw old model which you can't get blades for! All major tools are under lock and key or chained, bolted etc. As I prefer a Myford due to it's reliability and having owned one for 20 years before being stolen in 2017 ( Yep carried a 120Kg Lathe out my workshop) I found one that was almost new on a mine here bought for training apprentices and the school closed down before this was put to use (An apprentice would have screwed it up)It's in place now and I have a ton of accessories for a Myford my preferred machine Why? easy cutting threads, slow speed and big enough to cope. So now back to model boats within the next couple of weeks. Update soonest👍👍

Good workmanlike tug, I'm sure you will enjoy building her as we all will your reports on progress.

    Cheers, Nerys
