Correction ! Family meeting postponed, hence able to attend York MBC's open day, and an excellent day it was. Well worth the 1 hour drive to get there.

This event is highly recommended! Based on my recent visits, the York club are well organised and very welcoming, - and what is more their private water (although rather remote) is great.
