not sure where to put the build log, its more of a story really, and I would like peeps to join in to stimulate a conversation, I have a feeling it might be a bit quiet in the build blog as comments, suggestions and general chit chat might not happen there, so undecided what to do! 😯 ,
ps... how do you make the photos appear bigger in the thread?

Ill do a full build log if anybody is interested! 😊 , it was on another forum, but really should be here as this is the spiritual home of Fireboats!
Its twin 800kv motors, (with a twist!)running 4 x 5000mah 2 cell lipos (4 cells per motor) with propshop 3 blade cleaver props, Eagletree data logging has it at almost 22mph, but the play off is the runtime is embarrasing, which suits me as my powers of concentration only last 15 minutes!

I wasnt sure If It was repetative to post up a build log, but recently I finished a refurb of an ebay rescuce, It was built, not really painted, never been In the water, quite a unique find. It was In the middle of south Wales, so quite difficult to get to, which meant I was very lucky geting It cheap as nobody else bid on It. It then sat In the loft for 18 months, then started In earnest last August, so took on and off 12 months, how time flies!
Its turned out quite nice, with some Interesting Ideas, and Is based on the first Incarnation of the mk2, pre handover to the RAF from Vosper
