Would love it for the marina I’m constructing but the cost to ship to California would equal that of building the real thing in full scale. Beautifully done!

Forgot to mention, it has working lights, fire. All the clay roof tiles were individually made by my wife as were the flagstones for flooring.
It has a removable roof over the warehouse and removable wall at the front of the cottage.
It is free to a good home, but a donation to the RNLI would be appreciated.

New home wanted.
Hi shipmates, I am looking for a new home for a 1/12th scale model of a harbourside cottage with fish market. Currently located in Aberystwyth at my mums house, sadly she is going into a home and they don't have room for it. It's approx 3foot square. I will be collecting it and relocating it to Hereford in August. Any interest please contact me. Will try to get more pictures.
