Thanks Doug, struggling on but can't let the boy down as he is getting very good with the sailing and careful control, I just go to enjoy watching him enjoy the hobby, he even tells anyone that asks all about the model and how it works.
Best thing is we can have boys days out, while Caroline looks after his sister.
The repairs are going well, bit of soldering and paint to finish.

Sorry to hear that your day out was spoiled at the end🤔
This is not a plan as such (don't think Billing ever published one, only GA plan, attached, and instructions) but this (original kit build instructions) should help with repairs.

Good evening fellow modellers, after a great day out with my grandchildren sailing the grandson's boat we had a misshap on the way home. I had to do an emergency stop and the boat came off the stand and toppled over which did quite a bit of damage.
Grandson was devastated, but I've promised to repair for him.
What I'm needing is a set of plans, so if anyone has a set they could loan or copy for me I would be extremely grateful.
