Its the little titbits like these that are passed on in forums such as this that are so valuable 👍 Got the hull covered, it will need a fine wet and dry to take the shine off it, the hull also has part of the aft and foredecks moulded into it so there isn't a great deal of flexing side to side and by the time I've fitted the cross braces it should be pretty solid. 😊

No, they are still here, did manage to escape to the allotments for an hour this morning 😁

It's probably in your instructions, but just in case, check that the width of the hull, sometimes they need pulling in or pushing out.

Guess the visitors have gone then. On my third read of the instructions and still trying to decide where to start 😓

Make sure you wash that hull well, otherwise you will have trouble later with your paint job.

Its going to be a busy new year for me as Santa has brought me a Metcalfe Mouldings Waveney Class Lifeboat "The Scout" Having opened it and quickly scanned through the instructions and plans its also going to be very much a head scratching one too.
