flippin heck Damon! 🤐

Give us a chance to help you!

What boat is it, how big, what battery, what prop, what motor, if you can tell us these things, with pics if poss, we can help, you might not even need water cooling, if you cannot provide the info, it really is a question that is far too vague to answer. Have you actually run the boat to discover that things are getting hot, it could just be something amiss with your set up

Deffo a tug , either way if the drivetrain is well matched you shouldn't need cooling really , just my opinion

As you seem to be keeping the boat a secret 🤐 :grin I can only guess.
Run the boat for a little while, then see if the motor is hot, as a rule they don't usually need cooling, depending on set up, but you can get cooling coils for brushed motors if needed.

What kind of boat do you have ? A prop size and motor make/number would help 😀

Thanks for your reply Alan, its a brushed motor, then you wont need to blow it up me thinks the hole will sink it quick enough lol ;-)

I've just about finished my first scratch build & when I'll be running my boat do I need to cool the motor? If I do whats the easiest way besides putting a hole at the bottom of the hull? 😰 Thank you 😀
