Hi Bruce: I had great luck with Holden’s figures on the Shapeways site. His 3d prints are excellent. These figures (below) are 1:24 scale. His Facebook page is Holden8702. Best to touch base with him there! BTW: His name is Luis. 😉

This is approximately G scale, so you could use that in your search. I quickly found this:
Ship's Crew (6) Exclusive Figure Set Preiser 10353
You might find something closer, yet still not exactly what you want, and have to modify them, but it's a start.

There are many on line if you just type in 1/24 scale RN figures to your search engine.
eBay
Deans Marine
Shapeways
Scale Model shop
Amazon to name but a few.

I have just completed the construction of a RN Dark Class MGB, this has an open bridge that needs some 1/24 scale figures. Does anybody know who produces these figures?
