A Class Launching Method

HI Dave

Thanks for your reply, very helpful, I bought a lightweight "sack trolley" from Ebay, it folds flat, I'll modify that to suit my needs.

A Class Launching Method

HI Paul
There have been several articles in the model boat press on this subject.
A popular solution is to use a two wheel trolley with bungee cords holding the model. Wheel to the waters edge and use the wheels to slide over the edge into the water then release the bungee cords. Retrieval is the reverse process. This works well on concrete edges assuming they are level with the surrounding path.
I purchase an aluminium pallet trolley (Aldi) which folds flat and is lighweight so is easily transported in the car. 😀

A Class Launching Method

HI Everyone

In a moment of complete madness I bought an A Class yacht, Its extremely heavy and very large.

The ponds I'm going to sail at both have hard concrete edges (no pontoons or slopes) to the lakes and launching and retrieval on my own would be Impossible, does anyone have any Ideas regarding a launching trolley that can be operated by one person that doesn't Involve bending down as I have damaged my leg and can't get up very easily.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Paul
