World Engines/ Ace Commander 6 channel radio

Thank Isaac, but it is a bit of a plane ride from the UK to Florida to collect an obsolete tx! 🤣🤣🤣

World Engines/ Ace Commander 6 channel radio

The short answer is yes. I would like to sell it.

But…..

I am not willing to send it in the post. Especially overseas.

So unless you are planning to travel to Florida, I will hold on to it

Very unusual transmitter. 😎

What a handful. Three throttle levers in a row.

My Ace radio has two throttle levers and an extra slider on the side for the third motor.

having thin thumb sticks may get annoying after a while. I think T shape top may be easier to handle.

As an aside, I stopped using this radio and opted on a modern 2.4 GHz transmitter ( and I ganged all 3 motors together to a single stick, since it made no difference on my big 6.5 ft long boat ).

The Ace radio is just seating on a shelf. I doubt I will ever use it again.

A friend Graham Davies, who built the Challenger 2 9ft long replica of the Branson Virgin Atlantic powerboat got in touch with me and I now have in my collection, his custom made Mick Wilshere/Pete Christy built 6 channel radio used in that craft which now resides at the Muckleburgh collection in Weybourne in Norfolk.
