HI Derek, I have not built this model, but when I have had a problem like yours I have dry fitted as much as possible to see if it all works out.

HI Derek, I built Caldercraft Northlight quite a few years ago now, probably about 15 years! All I can tell you is that I followed the plan and had no problems what so ever as long as you make sure the bulkheads are square.
