Saw your post and as I used to work on the broads I looked the sea scout up and it was owned by A.G. Ward Of Norwich Thorpe. The length was 32 ft and 9ft on the beam. Hope this info is not to late for you. You can check if it is the boat you are looking for from (Pic.)
