Search e-bay for "micro pipe bender", quite a few on there, differing from 3mm - 12mm benders varying in price from £10 up.

Hi Chris, very cheap method, select the diameter of your tube to be bent, crimp one end then fill with water, crip other end , place in freezer, wait a few hours till frozen, then bend to your shape needed, cut while frozen, then allow to thaw, (or drop in hot water) works every time, just remember to try to get as many bends as you need in one go, saves a lot of waste,

pipe bending

I've never needed to bend pipes other than for house hold plumbing where I used either a pipe bender or a spring. I have seen the Dubro pipe bender, are there any other bits of kit or techniques I could use? It's mainly for fairleads through decks.
