The wood window frames did not have the centre piece on my model either. I used thick acrylic that goes flush to the outer frame and the outer metal frame is then attached to the acrylic. This has given a very neat finish and I can't see any of the wood through the windows.
Looking at some of your pics I see the white hull was painted over a blue base - mine was also so it must have been a popular colour in the 60's.

Yeah pic makes it look narrower than it really is. At the moment flange is 1mm and the lip to window sits up against is 1mm. I can reduce these down to 0.5mm os so and keep roughly same dimensions and also add the center post which wasn't on plywood plates that came with boat.

They look really good. The original was a flat plate stuck over the frame and ovelapping the window by about 1mm. The plate was about 1mm thick. if you want to have a flange round the window I believe you will need to enlarge the wood cabin holes by the thickness of your frame otherwise the windows will look a bit small

The Aerokit plans are fairly basic but do show a side view of the cabin with the window frame detail for the main and aft cabins.
I have sent you a private message with the detail off my plan and attach some photos of my Sea Queen to help with your restoration

HI I'm interested in buying plans of him for an old Sea Queen someone gave me. Needs a lot of work and being my first boat and a complete no nothing I was just wondering if the plans have dimensions on as I'm looking to put my 3d printer to use and use it to make replacement window frames etc. The ones on boat are a bit rough and difficult to measure to put in my CAD package. Done a couple already but the large side ones are ones I'm struggling with. Thx
