Evening Richard,

I was intrigued to see that you have a Sea Commander. I am building one from a kit currently, planning to use the provided motor and prop combo, and then maybe upgrade to brushless later, depending on what I see of performance and how the build goes. My friends are arranging an event on the ponds at Tadpole Garden Village on 31 March 2018. We did Coate Water last year but lost a boat there so decided to try some different water...

it would be good to share experiences on the boats we have, and as I’m a newbie I’ll be posting loads of pics over the next few weeks.

May see you at Coate Water at some point.

Hi Richard
The process should work ok if you upload to You Tube.
You then share the You Tube post and paste it to the post on our Video Gallery.
If you have included any copyright music your post may not work as You Tube will remove your video.
I find that short posts of up to 2 mins work best.
Not sure what you used to record but my apple and digi camera work ok.
Please keep trying as we do want to see your video

It would help if you could post a picture of the Tug Boat and Sea Commander you have added to your harbour.
Other members like to see pics so they can use similar set ups in their models.
I do hope you will find the site useful and see you have already asked for help with the Sea Commander and I am sure you will receive plenty of help from our members

May I say a very sincere thanks to all of you for attending the Funday, yet another good turn out, another good display of the Older models! and no I do not mean those who visited, I would also like to thank the people who judged the best model on display on the day, well done Mike you deserved it, sorry about no steering comp but I know you all understood the situation, but have no fear, you will all be challenged next year as I have something up my evil little sleeve already!!!!!!.
Will you all put Sunday, September 9th firmly in your diaries for 2012, as that is the nearest date in my diary that we will hold the event again, don't say I didn't tell you all, the only thing that will change this is if the Colonial!!!!!!!!!!!!!! were to visit, then we would also change the date and venue, that would be our secret, those of you in the know, know what and who I'm talking about, so Sssssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhh.
Looking forward to seeing you all again next year, thanks especially to the new visitors to the event, and as I am a proper, official Wrinkly! in November, I should have a bit more time to get out to see you all at some venues other than Burton, take good care all.

HI Everyone,

Just to update you all, Fireboat Funday is still GO!, this year will be more of an informal get together for those interested in the old kits, I will not be able to run the usual Steering Comp!!!!!!, this is due to the club hosting the MPBA Scale Nationals the following week and all the equipment is being made ready for that event, still there is a plus side to this, it should stop one certain Family Fued as to who is best around the course?????????????????, modesty forbids me to state any names, but those who know, know!!!!
