I know I for one will never order from them!

Yes I shall never buy a model off them ever again. But at least most of the other model firms are extremely helpful.

i had a damaged thread on my new artesania tug boat kit propshaft ?
i have been sending an email every week since august .They agreed to replace the part but have never posted the part to me ?
i have purchased another shaft but will continue to email artesania for(ocd)
the hell of it ! yes i need to get a life ?

I had the same problem in the end I gave up and made a plan ( Another way round) Try the UK Distributor might help. Although here in South Africa everybody's blonkers about Model Jets.

Only old in years not mind or soul.

I had the " King of the Mississippi" kit by artesania Latina as a present . It had a part missing so I contacted them via email and Thier web site. But I did not get a answer . I tried for two months with no luck. I contacted Cornwall models and they tried three times with no luck. I found this very unusual as all other firms have been very helpful. Has anyone else had this problem.
