If you ask Darrell at Kit shack models nicely, he can cut you a set of the window frames that they supply with their 34" fireboat kit for £10 including a sheet of plastic to glaze them. Also can do the same for their 46" version.

Not sure how close they are to the Aerokits window cut outs but just bought a set to try and they are nice job. I am wondering if his cutting set up could cope with the litho plate that I have just seen advertised on Ebay. That would be better still. They come fully cut but held in a sheet for postage by tiny little tags . Great job Darrell

I don't know if any ready made ones are still available. I made the ones on my 34" boat ( Pics on Page 5 of the 'Fireboat ' section of the Photo Gallery ) following the method used by Pete Harvey in his 46" Fireboat Restoration blog ( Pete Harvey Website in 'Links' ) Obviously I had to scale it down, but using white styrene strip and clear sheet it was a bit fiddly but fairly straightforward.

Thanks for that!, job done, awaiting windows......it is glazed inside,which is ok at a distance on the water,but looks a bit rough and ready at close quarters! will try and get a photo or two up,boat goes ok...esc is 40a not 30 as posted.... exceeds scale speed a bit! thanks again JOHN.
