Just had a look on one of the other forum's and it seems as if Model Boats did an article on the Deep Dive, sorry I do not know what year.

See My Harbour with extra photos etc.

I did not know that, you could try the AMS forum some one just may still have one, I still have the Type 7 that Harvey did but did not put into production along with the ORSV.

I did read in Model Boats that Harvey's daughter is looking for any of his boat's that may still be around.

Speedline Models do not exist any more so Deep Dive subs are no longer available unless someone knows different ? Mine is the HFM version before Speedline took it on when HFM closed its doors.

I do think that Speedline Model's now do this kit.

My H/C came with a vac-formed deck/hull so I was thinking more of the internals; lift fan and propulsion arrangements - motors used?
Can you add some detail to your Harbour post please;
dimensions, weight, and possibly some internal layout photos?👍

The project is not going to happen for a while whilst I gather the info I need and find tine. I have number of other projects (not boat ones) ahead of it to get the bench clear. So maybe one day I will get it on the starting blocks.

It dose not matter about building skills as long as you end up with the model that you want and have made yourself.
I think other members on this site would also like to see a build log as it is something different and interesting.

Many thanks for the photos. I saw the video on YouTube when i was searching but there are not many build photos on the internet. The kit I have is for the Deep Dive VI rather than the VII. I assume that they are very similar.

I will look for some more photos that I took on the first dive !
