Homebrew universal brushless motor programming card

This project came about as I often wondered what the output from a programming card was - could not be any different to the output of a radio receiver which can be used to achieve the same results.

The other aspect is that they always seem to be difficult to get hold of and expensive...

With no surprise the output from the card is a sequence of PWM pulses
I think it's the way I have learnt most of my stuff - getting very stuck first...
