Welcome to the site. Had a quick look through the power setups on the site and 34" Fireboats with twin props are a bit thin on the ground. I did see a 34" MTB with twin props and 600 Graupners driving 35mm props. if you look in power setups you will find the details. I suggest you try sending a personal email to the builder as the details will be pretty similar and you may be able to get some pics of the props set up on the model. 👍
With the restricted space in a 34" Fireboat you will probably have to choose and position the motors then align the shafts allowing for the chosen props and twin rudders. I think a flat carboard sheet the shape of the inside of the hull would be a good starting point. You can then align everything and when satisfied transfer the relevant holes to the wooden hull. Weight is going to be a problem so you need to plan where your receiver, ESC(s) and battery(ies) will also fit. A floatation test with all the bits loose in the hull will help get matters right. 👍
I have a 34" Fireboat with a single brushless motor. My motor is slowed right down using exponential control on my transmitter and the model still tries to take off unless I am very careful.
Good luck with the restoration and please ask if you need any more help. 😀
