I didn't mention the Manufacturer before but it was a newer Futaba set that had low output pulse voltage problems. Earlier offerings from the same manufacturer worked fine. it is easy to blame the ESC when in fact the cause may be elsewhere. Electronics like computers advance so quickly that it is difficult to keep pace and what works today sometimes doesn't tomorrow.
If you have an electronics guru in the club then the circuit for a servo cleaner is on Tony Roons site, bit old now but works fine.
Articles on the net can sometimes be a bit biased, and uninformed. it is easy to criticise, but in my opinion negative comments are often made in the heat of the moment. Electronic bits are totally alien to many people and even the more savvy can be frustrated at times. Good to see you belong to a club, at least you can find help from others who may have had similar problems.
Just a thought - do you have any other radio sets you could try? Might help identify the problem. 😀

I try cutting the power cable down and resoldier the joints. Tonight and see if that helps

Reading the posts it now seems possible that there is a mismatch between your radio receiver and the connected electronics. What radio equipment are you using? The cutting out at full throttle is something I have experienced with Mtronik controllers and as, like you, it can be resolved by changing the stick travel, I suspect the cause is the pulse output duration or voltage of the pulse (probably too low).
I have built switchers that worked with some sets but not others. That was solved by using a pulse cleaner (or servo reverser) between the receiver and ESC. Such gizmos were sometimes necessary in larger models where the wiring had to travel some distance, and was likely to pick up interference from the high power circuits. Each manufacturer designs its equipment to work together and whilst there is now a common pulse width, modern electronics uses lower voltages and current to operate, and the interfaces do not always match between different manufacturers.
I am not familiar with the Astec mixer but have used the Action. The system worked well until I changed the ESC's to self set up ones. I solved the resulting problems by using two separate batteries for the motors and a separate radio battery.
I suggest you check with the supplier of the jr 50 amp escs that they will work with your proposed set-up. 😀

I'm trying to wire up two viper marine 25 speed controllers, but the problem Is one motor has a 2 sec delay, I've removed the BEC from one speed controller (this one runs correctly) but the one with BEC has the 2 sec delay. I've ran the setup so many times now I losing the will. there running of 6 volts(test for testing) but will be ran of 12v soon. the motors are MFA with 2.5:1 gearboxes and running though a ASTEC mixer.
thanks
