I'm getting a lot of notifications turning up in Spam again. Not too bothered, I just read them there and transfer them if necessary.

Hi Swanee,

In your 'Profile' 'Account' have you switched off all Notify switches in the 'General Notifications' and Specific Notifications' and Topics Following Notifications' ?

You will find that every time you comment or click the Like tab it will automatically switch on some Notifications.

I have elected not to receive e-mail notifications of postings to this site. Why is mail being cluttered up with irrelevant spam contrary to my wishes?
