The photo's of the gearbox and motor, as for the prop from the mid of the boss to the tip of the blade was 18 so if I have got this right that would make it 36.

I all ways take the size of the motor then get a prop just smaller in size.

Thanks Fred, a picture of the motor gearbox would help. Mine originally had a monoperm with attached gearbox but it was rusted solid and so was the propshaft and rudder shaft.
I have replaced the rudder shaft and propshaft so far.
Will try to post pictures this weekend.

I am running her on 6 volt SLA battery, and the motor is connected to a gearbox, I have no idea what the ratio is but will try and count the teeth.
