Making Your Own Decals

Unable to oped this message even when following directions.
However I have made my own decals in the past, I use publisher document ans cut and paste from the images source, if I use an inkjet printer you need to overspray finished item lightly with either hairspray if in dry conditions or spray vanish if not......inkjet decals are not waterproof if not protected.
With a laser printer just print out no over spray needed.
You must use the relevant printer decal paper for the 2 different machines.
But remember that inkjet and laser cannot print white, in theses cases you have to use a white decal paper.
You can get a clear decal paper if white print is not needed but I've never had much success with it.
Laser jet is the best.
