My email is nickwardnz@yahoo.com . Flick me one and I can then give you my postal address (would rather use email for this) . All input is gratefully received, but please don't go to too much trouble if you are too busy... there is no rush at this stage. I can get access to M5 threaded shaft/tube assemblies up to 300mm long, and I'm already wondering if your prop could be used with a geared brushed system for a future scaled up simple model ship plan for sailing on the Kaiapoi Lakes ( where the other 3 boat photos I submitted were taken). As with model planes, larger models often have their own 'majestic' appeal.
best regards,
Nick

Hi Roy. I hope you don't mind me messaging you. What do you make of Brightworks calling everyone's posts he doesn't agree with "crap"? Personally I think it's uncalled for.

Looks like he has thrown his teddy bear out of his pram...
"Hello to all those who have followed, liked and engaged with my my posts over the past decade or so. Also a thank you to those whose posts and humour I have enjoyed here over the same period.
I have pulled my media content, Harbour, videos, builds, etc. Seems the site is steering toward a social media catch all. Have a look at my old posts etc. I have added some humour.
Like the good old days... a few have come in and ruined it for the majority. Because they can.
Keep up the builds and the hobby."
It's everyone else's fault apparently...

Roy that is perfect. You may have written it already but is this a kit or scratch built.
I came across this archival film on YouTube your model looks like the one featured.

Roy
You know me, I don’t like LiPo but stick only with NiMH and brushed motors.
I see you put a sail up on the mast, where they used even with the motor running?
If looks odd to me to see a vessel under power and sails set.
Roy, since I am really after the Scottish style fishing vessel, could I take the Mary Ann hull and alter the stern without damaging the integrity of the model?
Are the wheel house and deck furnishings much different?
