    Hi chrys
Well, at 97Lbs that's quite impressive, you must make a video!

    Hi jarvo
I'm must say I'm guilty of towing a rowboat while I was in it too.
People at the pond where amazed at how much power my little Tugboat had.

Great looking model. We had a member who built a similar model and fitted it out with dolls house fittings.
Have you sailed your model?, if I remember correctly the turning circle was not good.

Yes have raided my granddaughter's dolls house for bits and bobs. Sails well and has the turning circle of a real container ship 😊 . Great fun though

HMS Pandora
This model took me 3 years. Copper plated the hull panel by panel. Even found a crew for her, then added an RC and took her to the lake.
She sailed well, but my enthusiasm to leave the gun ports open cost me dear. The water got in the hull and knocked out the RC, leaving her listing and drifting some way from shore.
Salvation came in the shape of a 10 year son of a friend, who strip to his underwear and swam out to rescue her!
Now she sits retired in a glass case.

You should have modeled either Wassa or Mary Rose! They both made the same mistake!
If you don't want to close your gunports, give her some flotation balloons below deck. Shame to have such a beautiful model as display only.

What is the length of this model? I am still engaged in flying scale WW1 airplanes at 83, but I can see me getting back to my Bristol Pilot Cutter and Clyde Puffer.
