Lorraine B my first attempt Sein Netter the hull was bought from NPC Plastics Blackpool then scratch built, My second attempt Steam drifter Meldia hull from NPC and scratch built from Photos, Busy at the moment with a Northumbrian Coble.

Model constructed of all glued ABS 1.524mm (0.060") sheets. Deck details under construction.

My sport boat Kika, see elsewhere on the site now has a friend! I've created a Skier (Chopped & Shaped Soldier figure ) put him on skis and got a passable attempt at model water ski-ing.
Doesn't much like going astern though!

This was the 1-35 scale plastic model kit and converted to RC 3 props 2 working port and the starboard the centre is non running. Due to weight I used a 11.7 lipoly battery so it's fast but the running time is only about 20 30 mins
It won best in show in the navy boat section at our club due to the detail and the figures so can't be bad

Kingston mouldings hull will post more pictures as I progress
two more pictures with the sails on they need the running lines to the drum winch then it will be ready to sail

with the paint job done just waiting for the new sails mast & booms then just a case of rigging up and down to the lake for her maiden voyage
