I have made a comeback to the world of modeling and things have changed beyond recognition. I felt lost untill I penned my problems and recieved help and encouragement beyond what I thought of as normal for a forum. This forum is special and I feel at home here.

I'm new to boat modelling, acquired from a Friend a pt boat kit unbuilt many years ago .my late dad had built the hull,many pieces of superstructure damaged by damp including plans so should be challenge to build .excellent site an hopefully aid to help me build this boat . 👍

I am looking for plans and photographs of the James Braidwood Fire boat that operated up until 1961 on the River Thames by the London Fire Brigade.
All avenues of information seem to draw a blank.

Lots of great info here. I could use some help to figure out my radio system. my boat is twin engine twin rudder with action mixer and a bow thruster and my radio is a spectrum dx6I with dsmx mode2. Any thoughts on how to wire it so I have forward and reverse throttle and left right bowthruster control and rudder control?.
