Hello everyone.
Im glad to have found a model ship/boat building community. I look forward to any comments or advice you throw my way. Anyone in the US, particularly in the Florida or Alabama area, have any information on local boating clubs? Throw it my way.Liked by RNinMunich and Ronald and-
Hello here's a couple good ones. 5650 Independence Cir, Fort Myers, FL 33912 is one I visit when at my mother in laws house. 2350 Coosa River Pkwy, Wetumpka, AL 36092 is by a buddies house. I am lucky enough to have one 5 minutes from my house in Louisville KY. Hope this helps...Dave

Although being involved in scale model boating for many years 😊 I have been on this blog only since the beginning of this year. As my models are now more complex than ever it was time to look for help and what better source than a model boat blog. I've tried other blogs and usually get lost as most cover most/all models. KISMIF.

My few rebuilds underway 😎
Slow and steady wind the race I guess. It will be nice when they all come together close to the same time
Enjoy seeing everyone else’s building here too - confidence builder. -
I have been a member for about 6 months, give or take.
I think one would be hard pressed to find a more talented, Intelligent group of Mates. The Best Part is that they are from around the world!
If the Mates from Model Boats ran the World it would be a better Place.

Lucky enough to have taken early retirement I'm looking forward to immersing myself more into this fascinating world, love working boats and can't wait to get my young grandson involved!Liked by RNinMunich and ShaunI and

Being a model boater for 4 years running, I find this mini-world extremely exciting. As an avid scale modeller since the age of 10, going from trains to planes to ships was an amazing journey.Liked by RNinMunich and ShaunI and

Hi, I just stumble onto this site…. can’t believe I’ve never noticed it before.
Done mostly plastic or balsa models in my younger days.
Building the Revell 1/72 corvette when I can find the time as my first move into radio control boating. Nice to be here.Liked by RNinMunich and MouldBuilder and-
